Dr. Achuff has intensively studied yoga, naturopathic medicine, mind-body-spirit medicine, energy medicine, masculine-feminine dynamics, and many other modalities in her years of academic and personal exploration. She understands what it means to be on a spiritual path, whether you are a part of a religious community or are exploring your spirituality in a more individual way.
